XXXX called and attempted to report dispute. Was told they would not connect me with lost and stolen services until payment of {$130.00} was made ( which likely includes payment for disputed amount, fees, interest that have been added ). XXXX sent formal dispute via XXXX and email. On XXXX, responded by closing account and restricting my access to the newly created account number. Did not process dispute, but did put note on my account to when customer calls back, allow him to report his dispute. XXXX I called about a letter I received stating my account privileges were suspended. I explained my phone call on the XXXX and their refusal to accept my dispute. Was told they will now accept dispute as a note had been put on my account. ( Without this note, they would not have accepted my dispute ). They did not process my written dispute. XXXX received email that my dispute was processed. That disputed amounts, interest, fees, etc had all been credited to the account. XXXX account still shows no credit, and is being reported late to credit bureaus. Late fees are being added, even though after adjusting for fraud, fees and interest, the balance should be near {$0.00}. XXXX still have not mailed my replacement card claimed to have been mailed on XXXX. XXXX Action was taken on my dispute to close the card with fraud activity. But disputed transactions were not marked as such, reporting with credit bureaus was not repaired, and as of today account still shows the full balance with disputed amounts as being due, over limit fees and late fees accruing.
