b'I opened XXXX accounts with Marcus by Goldman and Sachs, I funded them from a XXXX XXXX account that I closed immediately after. I tried transferring some of my money into a XXXX account and some went and most was declined. I tried transferring some into my XXXX account and was declined, multiple times. They took issue with the funding accounts and that they were closed. I did a three way call with myself, Marcus and XXXX XXXX for them to verify that the accounts were closed two separate times. I requested a transfer of $XXXX that came from my XXXX account to them and that actually went through. XXXX XXXX XXXX opened accounts, XXXX linked XXXX XXXX and Marcus received first deposits, XXXX linked XXXX XXXX XXXX tried to transfer funds out - XXXX amounts around XXXX each - Declined, XXXX tried to transfer XXXX - Declined, XXXX tried to empty accounts XXXX XXXX Declined, XXXX Tried to transfer XXXX XXXX Declined. \nI have had XXXX calls with them. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX \nEvery time I get a different person, I have to get transferred to the security department. They look at my file, they "open a case" and nothing can happen until the case is closed they say. Cases have been closed, I\'ve done everything they have asked, I have verified everything more than once and the last two times I have called they said they don\'t see anything about why I still haven\'t gotten my money. They closed my account on XXXX and locked me out of seeing any account info online but still keep my money. \nIn total I have XXXX that they have been withholding from me for XXXX XXXX months now.'
