My former Bremer Bank checking account had a long-standing {$100.00} balance. After the Bremer Old National merger, my first Old National statement showed only {$80.00}. My complete transaction history from XXXXpresent shows XXXX posted fees, XXXX deductions, and no returned-mail entries. I called customer service on XX/XX/year> XXXX times. Representatives stated that Bremer charged returned mail fees, but no such fees appear on any statement or in the online ledger. Returned-mail fees must appear as transactions, but none exist. Supervisors refused to provide any written documentation, refused escalation to Deposit Operations, and twice ended the call. I requested written records of the alleged fees, USPS return records, and the conversion ledger. The bank refused. I am seeking written documentation and correction of the account balance to its original XXXX dollars.
