I would like my dispute reopened and credit restored as I filled this charge back due to the merchants refusal to honor the warranty, provide the timely services as agreed, and repairs the damage they caused by improper installation. I would also like the response the merchant provided my credit card company so I can address any additional fraud from this merchant. I do have additional files that are too large to upload in this portal but can send other ways if requested. Note : I attached my reply back to my other credit card vendor where some of the merchants fraud is highlighted like the fact they said they ordered replacement panels before they ever showed up to inspect the damage or the lack of notes about the call back or warranty in the supporting evidence let alone the audio and video recordings where they admit fault on the instillation issues and possible sub vendor issues.
