XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) without notice, closed my account and listed the reason as being deceased. The account was not delinquent, I am obviously not deceased. The report stated that it was charged off and was not paid, when in fact, it was in good standing, with no balance owed. I have contacted the company back office repeatedly with supporting documentation that I am not deceased, with no effort on their part to correct this. Their mistake has ruined my credit score and cost me valuable time and money. I have reported to all three credit bureaus their mistake. I want this resolved immediately, if possible.
