I received multiple alerts from XXXX that credit applications had been processed in my name, I did not submit any of the applications. Citi Bank had approved the application, which they canceled after I call and explain that the card was opened fraudulently. There were 2 XXXX XXXX cards applied for using my identity ( fraudulently ). XXXX XXXX canceled the applications. XXXX had a fraudulently opened application in my name, they canceled the application when I spoke with them. I called XXXX and they placed a Fraud alert on my credit report. They also advised I open a case with the FTC, which led me to this website.
