Fraudulent / Compromised XXXX XXXX XXXX Sold at XXXX Delayed Reimbursement from Blackhawk Network On XX/XX/year>, I purchased a {$200.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX ( with a {$6.00} activation fee ) at the XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OH XXXX, between XXXX XXXX. and XXXXXXXX XXXX. I received an activation receipt at the time of purchase, but the card did not activate properly. On XX/XX/year>, I reported the issue to both XXXX and Blackhawk Network and put in a dispute. The following day, I received an email stating that the cards balance had been drained of {$190.00} at a merchant listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. Despite reporting the card as compromised the day before, I received notice that the entire balance had been used without my authorization.
