Reinsertion violation/ Portfolio Recovery has made this debt appear new on my credit report and as opened. I have proof on my XXXX that the debt shows as closed and I wasn't given proper notice of reinsertion. FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ). I request permanent deletion of account. Portfolio also does not have accurate information on Date of first delinquency, creditor, or original loan amount. Portfolio has misleadingly reported the debt as newer in age than it is thus moving the legal debt time lock and also doing it without all appropriate information on credit report.
