Subject : Chase Bank Wrongfully Withholding My Funds and Mishandling Fraud Request for Return of Funds and XXXX XXXX : JPMorgan Chase Issue : Fraud / Account Closure / Failure to Return Consumer Funds Amount Withheld : {$900.00} ( my personal funds ) Account Status : Closed by Chase on or around XX/XX/XXXX My Name : XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX I am filing this complaint because JPMorgan Chase is wrongfully withholding {$900.00} of my personal funds following a fraud incident involving my lost debit card. Chase has mishandled the situation, failed to process a proper fraud claim, closed my account without documentation, and continues to withhold my money without justification. I lost my debit card, which unfortunately had the PIN written on the back. An unauthorized individual used my card information to attempt fraud by trying to deposit a {$17000.00} check with my personal details written on it.
