Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, we tried to access money from our savings account by transferring it to our checking account, but the bank told us that the account couldn't be linked. We contacted customer service, and they told us that the account was blocked and that the bank had decided to close it. Today, XX/XX/year>, we contacted customer service again, and they told us once more that we couldn't access the money, neither by going to the bank to withdraw it nor through transfers or cash withdrawals at the ATM, because the bank had decided to discontinue doing business with us. We asked what the reason was for the block and this decision, and they told us that the bank reserved the right to tell us the reason for closing our savings account and that until XX/XX/year>, when they finished the closing process, we wouldn't be able to access our money. They said that we would only be able to access it through a cashier 's check that they would send us by mail for the amount of {$11000.00}, to which I replied that then how was I going to buy things for my daughters that they needed because I didn't have any money available and they mentioned that they weren't taking the money from me and I said yes but I can't withdraw it which is the same thing and they told me that I couldn't do anything and they hung up on me.
