On XX/XX/year> at about XXXX I went to the ATM located at the Bank of America in XXXX Texas to deposit {$7700.00}. {$700.00} was deposited to my account and the other XXXX was not but was stuck in the ATM. I contacted the bank at the branch the morning of XX/XX/XXXX. The manager was unhelpful, except to give me the number of XXXX to contact them with the ATM number XXXX. She explained that she had no control over the ATM and that I needed to contact them and explain the situation. I contacted the XXXX number that she had given me and they told me that they would have to do an investigation. I would not see my funds until the earliest XX/XX/year>. I spoke with a manager and she said that I would see my funds on Monday, XX/XX/year> as a provisional credit. On Monday, XX/XX/year> when I checked my account. I did not have that {$7000.00} provisional credit in my account. I called the number again. I was sent over to the fraud department where my claim was in review and I was told that I wouldnt not see my money until XX/XX/XXXX again at the earliest. I have respectfully asked the bank to release my funds. I have asked them to escalate the claim. I am a single mother I mean my funds to pay bills. The bank seems to not care. I came into the branch again on XX/XX/year>. And once again they were no help they put me on the phone with the same individuals. That continued to tell me that I will not see my money until XX/XX/year>.
