I applied to a RobinXXXXXXXX XXXX approximately a month ago. When I Attempted to activate it I noted that it didn't use my customary online activation routine. It required scanning a barcode. I shredded the card. I received a bill today and again was directed to a barcode which I have no access to. I attempted explining this many times with Robinhood online customer support. I never received a satisfactory answer but was continuously passed to the next " representative ''. In closure I have no intention of using card or account as it is shredded as I have no access to the account, and no real customer service support. My main concern is this affecting my credit and having the fees add up even though I'm not using the card. Sincerely, XXXX
