on XXXX month of XXXX received a letter from key bank stating i have unclaimed funds {$2100.00} and to contact by XX/XX/XXXX so i contacted them XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX the lady i spoke to said they were sending a new card will take XXXX days when i remembered i was suppose to receive a new card wich i did not recieve i contacted them XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX she escaladed the situation said i will get a call in XXXXhrs i never got the call so i called back XX/XX/XXXX spoke to XXXX in XXXX dept she stated i will get a call within XXXXhrs again then they will send a check.Never got any call so called back XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX she stated account was closed by the bank that means i should get a check within XXXX days .Never received my check called back XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX she said i can not get my check unless i speak to a supervisor none there will call within XXXXhrs never got the call again so called XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX spoke to XXXX lost and stolen dept she said check was processed on the XXXX it is now XX/XX/XXXX never received my money or check called and spoke to XXXX in the prepaid dept at XXXX she said sorry there is nothing you can do.
