Between XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> I had a total of 14 charges that occurred on two of my debit cards in XXXX. While I had been in XXXX, I had returned to the United States on XX/XX/year>. All of the charges on my account were made after this date by several weeks. I filed a chargeback with KeyBank on all of these charges and they were denied because they indicate that .the physical card was present where the CHIP and/or PIN were authenticated at the merchants terminal, with no errors, and the card was in your possession when the transaction occurred. I provided proof to KeyBank proving that 1. My trip to XXXX had concluded on XX/XX/year> and 2. That I was at work in Colorado at the time of all of these transactions. Despite this, my claims were denied for the above stated reason. I plan to follow through with a case in small claims court if this isnt resolved. I have not included my time card in this upload as it contains too much private information. However, this was emailed to KeyBank several weeks ago.
