This is the second complaint I have filed against this company. They responded back with a bunch of untrue statements. I have never talked with XXXX XXXX which is the company they paid for. I know nothing about these refunds from them. Also Rocket Mortgage denied they knew about the XXXX which was the increase that they claimed they never were notified. But in there letter it was there. Heres the facts and where they went wrong. XX/XX/XXXX first payment to XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX renewal to XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX renewal to XXXX XXXX. Heres where it goes bad notified XX/XX/XXXX of an increase of XXXX. NEVER PAID they were sent XXXX notices They sent another notice on XX/XX/XXXX reminding them a XXXX payment is due. NOTHING they sent another notice out on XX/XX/XXXX non payment. Cancels. On XX/XX/XXXX Seen months later I get a letter in the mail from Rocket telling me I dont have insurance I called them and ask why. They got XXXX on the phone and they said they didnt pay the XXXX so cancels. On XX/XX/XXXX I bought insurance thru XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX months later they buy a policy from XXXX. Now the real kicker is they got a yearly policy renewal that wasnt even due its just to show the added XXXX for next cycle that was XXXX. The policy was cancelled They went ahead and paid it anyways. They paid that on XX/XX/XXXX. Come on really? This is why my escrow is so out of control. It all started because the XXXX increase was not paid. If it was the policy would have never canceled. I have never been late or missed a payment.
