XX/XX/year> CITIBANK, froze my account, stating i needed to wait on a letter in the mail to verify my identity. They proceeded to ask for my social security number, account number, debit card number, and telephone number. I provided them with all requested information. After waiting the 10 days for said letter, i was told the letter was never sent and i would need to wait another 7-10 days to receive the letter. I have XXXX children, my whole life is in that bank account. I can not pay bills nor buy groceries and other necessities for my children. This has been a nightmare. I just want to retrieve my money and close the account.
