Consumer Narrative

I made a previous complaint against Select Portfolio and the case came back as closed without a sufficient resolution for us. Select Portfolio sent correspondence stating they were authorozing a lien release after my complaint. I want ro make it clear that we surrendered the colleral in XXXX XXXX and have no possession of the home and do not want it. Ownership can not be forced upon us as bankruptcy overrides the XXXX release. Sps can release the XXXX to the landowner where the home sits. It is not affixed to the land but sps keeps calling it real property. It is not. And unless and until they correct all errors related to this issue I will continue to make complaints. Legally the discharge can not put this back on us and by sps saying they are releasing their XXXX thats what they are trying to do. But then they write back denying my allegations of wrongdoing when thats exactly what they are doing. Let me stress this in no uncertain terms, we reject any ownership of the collateral and will not accept any title. Sps can however release their lien to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( land owner of lot ) and or her attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX. If sps does not address these concerns and take corrective action to reflect our bankruptcy injunction we will ask that the injunction be enforced to its fullest extent. We explicitly deny ownership of this home and have not had possession of it since surrendering it in bankruptcy. Our bankrupty prevents lenders from trying to make us responsible and can not force ownership upon us. We are hereby abandoning any ownership back to sps and or its XXXX. I have uploaded a copy of our bankruptcy order and sps own correspondence recognizing the discharge and verifying we surrendered the property.
