My typical payment pattern has been to make payments around the XXXX of each month, and I believed I was steadily reducing the debt. Recently, I learned that late fees totaling approximately {$300.00} have accrued, even though I did not receive clear notice of these fees and was unable to view them online. For an extended period, I was unable to access my account on the Synchrony website. Each time I attempted to log in, I was placed into a loop stating there was an update to the site and could not reach my account information or statements. This prevented me from seeing my current balance, any late fees, or specific due dates.
