i am writing this complaint because i have already attempted to resolve tis with the credit bureaus and the only one who responded to my dispute was transunion. experian and equifax did not respond to my dispute and i have sent it out numerous times using different letters and different phrases from the fcra and the fdcpa. i need help and if you cant help me please show me or tell me where i need to go for assistance with this serious allegation that i owe this for a vehicle i never had! i never took anything out with this amount. i have had cars in the past and they are all in good standing and paid off i have one auto loan and that is it. this is not mine. this is fromXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX this is showing as an unpaid charge off. i don't owe these people anything. for no car i never went to go buy.
