XXXX XXXX XXXX : I purchased items from this company XX/XX/2025, Clothes arrived XX/XX/2025. Clothes were too big. So I requested a refund and they provided a shipping label and I sent the items back. I never received an update from XXXX about my refund after items were dropped off. Months later, no refund. So I disputed the charge with my bank. The merchant XXXX stated they did not receive my return, but that is false. The tracking information showing the package was delivered to XXXX return address on XX/XX/2025 and they signed for the package in XXXX IL. I have documentation to prove they received it.
