So in XXXX I received an option to apply for a Citi XXXX XXXX with an offer to make balance transfers, carrying a 0 % APR for 21 months. I applied and was approved. I was able to set 3 transfers up, all of which went through once I had the card in my hand and active. Those went through with no issues. Then, upon trying another one at the end of XXXX, a fraud alert was placed on the transaction. I called and was verified and cleared, told to replace the balance transfer on my account, and again, they put a fraud on the account. This has taken place now four times, and balance transfers are never allowed to be processed. Causing hours on the phone, causing interest charges on other cards because valid balance transfers were not processed as per the agreement I have with Citi. They refuse to use my only phone number listed on my account to verify the account. They need to update their verification process and use consumer-friendly options. Please HELP!
