On Wednesday XXXX XXXX at approximately XXXX XX/XX/XXXXPST I called Citi bank back after numerous phone calls and texts daily from them. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the repeated mishandling of my attempts to speak with a hardship supervisor about my Citi credit card account. I have called Citi four separate times and specifically requested to be connected with a hardship supervisor. Each time : I was given incorrect or non-working phone numbers. On the most recent call, I was even given a number that led to a third-party collection agency, which was completely inappropriate and not what I requested. I was not provided accurate or truthful information about how to reach the hardship department. This conduct is unacceptable, misleading, and has caused me significant stress while I am actively trying to resolve my account in good faith.
