My identity was compromised as a result of the XXXX data breach, which exposed my personal information without my knowledge or consent. Because of this breach, an unauthorized individual used my stolen information to open accounts in my name. I did not apply for or authorize these accounts. I contacted the credit bureaus and the companies involved to dispute the fraudulent account, but the account was not removed, and the issue has not been resolved.
