I went to use my debit card which is in my XXXX wallet as well as XXXX wallet that I have to take a picture of the card to add it. Anyways I had a few declined transactions after it previously worked all day. So I called in a XXXX time and now all of a sudden they are telling my exp date is wrong. I cant control what they put on my card after she kept saying it was me not them. I asked for an explanation of how at XXXX when I called in the card was correct and then not even an hour later they had a different date. She said i cant answer when it was changed just that in XXXX that a new one was issued. I told her yup and I have used it everyday since with the same phone and same everything and never had an issue. She told me that it was something I must of did wrong which again I dont work for the bank. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to go in person now to resolve any issues im having but the card will work at other places. Which again how is that possible if they said the date is wrong. I need answers and I need them now. First if the date is wrong then every transaction that my card has gone through should be filed as fraud on the bank. How can they take money out of my account with said card if the dates are wrong according to them.
