Consumer Narrative

I have a Macy 's credit card, and every month they charge me {$180.00} or {$200.00} in interest. In my opinion, such excessive interest rates shouldn't be charged to customers, and I believe it violates federal law. I spoke with them about the high interest rates on the credit card, and they said they couldn't do anything. But in my opinion, Macy 's high interest rates are not permitted by federal law and the Federal Reserve. I hope you can help me with this because I feel cheated. They claim the credit card interest rates are low just to get customers to apply, only to then charge exorbitant amounts of interest.
