Hello. My student loan was being XXXX vices by XXXX, in which a payment was not due until XXXX. It was transferred to Mohela, in which I was never contacted by - not via telephone, email, or mail, and now I suddenly have a XXXX day late on my credit report. I had been out of work and provided tax returns to get the deferment from XXXX. I have also been approved for a new deferment by Mohela based on my XXXX tax returns. Not sure what the miscommunication with XXXX and Mohela was upon transferring the loan to the new servicer. My credit score has taken a significant hit and I have tried to get in contact with someone from Mohela but to no avail. Thank you in advance for your time, XXXX XXXX
