Paid off a loan on XX/XX/year>. Applied again on XX/XX/XXXX. Was contacted by XXXX to continue the application process on XX/XX/XXXX. She told me that there was a waiting period between loans so I would have to wait until XX/XX/year>. I received another call on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX and she went through the application process with me at approximately XXXXXX/XX/XXXX. She notified me on this call that I was approved for {$1800.00}, but I would have to wait until XX/XX/XXXX for it to be funded. I asked her so " Do I come in or just call? '' She told me either, but she said if you call we can get it processed that day. I called back on XX/XX/year> at XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and XXXX told me that I wasn't approved for {$1800.00}, it would be {$1700.00} because this was the amount I last borrowed. She also told me that the earliest I could be funded was XX/XX/XXXX. I asked her why I was told to call back on XX/XX/XXXX then? She said that they changed policies. I asked her when they changed the policy and why they did not notify me of this change since I prepared my budget around the XX/XX/XXXX date. She was careless about the situation and did not apologize. I asked can she show me the policy change and she said no, they don't share that information with customers. So I asked to speak with her XXXX, she said she doesn't have XXXX. I called the customer service line and they got in contact with XXXX to give me the branch manager 's number, she gave me the number, I called, no answer. I called customer service again and the representative checked with her supervisor and said what happened at the XXXX branch is very strange and they saw no such policies on their end. The representative 's manager contacted the branch XXXX XXXX and told him to call me back. He said he was busy and would call me back, but did not.
