I have spoken to XXXX different people and provided a signed notarized document from my mother as a wire transfer was in her name as she is the trustee of the trust fund. I also provided a photo of her with her ID just as extra. My XXXX cleared on the XXXX, they didn't freeze it until the XXXX and provided the documents on the XXXX within XXXX hours of them asking. KEYBANK has done absolutely nothing since other than they have XXXX days. My understanding is that I have a right to this being handled quickly not XXXX days. I am a XXXX mother and they are hold all the money I have. They even refused to give me my own paycheck last week. They told me I could go in and ask and maybe they would give me something. I finally got desperate enough and they still refused. I dont understand why they can just not do anything and get away with it. The bankers at the bank said it was cut and dry that it shouldn't take this long. My favorite part of dealing with fraud was when I called on XXXX the XXXX and was told well it's XXXX so not much to be done on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
