I received a promotion offer from Chase last year on XX/XX/XXXX. I clicked the link and activated the offer. The offer is for me to book a XXXX time {$500.00} hotel trip through Chase Travel by XX/XX/XXXX and travel by XX/XX/XXXX to receive XXXX XXXX Reward points as a bonus. I made a hotel reservation for {$570.00} and travelled between XXXX and XXXX, XXXX. After this, I didnt see any points posted to my account. I was traveling overseas and couldnt call to check but I saw that the fine print said it might take up to XXXX weeks after the promotion period ends for the points to be posted. So I patiently waited until XX/XX/XXXX to call Chase and I was transferred XXXX times during the call and spent over XXXX hours. Nobody was able to resolve it. The last supervisor I talked to said he saw that I was enrolled in this offer and didnt receive the bonus points, but he couldnt see the transaction in my credit card due to some system issues on their end. So he asked me to use secured messages in Chase App, attach all the screenshots I saved and they will credit me the points after investigation. So I did message them the next day with proofs of the transaction, reservation confirmation and offer activation confirmation. I waited XXXX days and today got an email from another supervisor at Chase Travel claiming that I did not activate the offer and they will not credit me the points and abruptly closed out the claim. Ive so far spent ridiculous amount of time, been falsely claimed not doing the right thing, have to show proof of everything regardless whether it is my responsibility, and still scammed XXXX points. It is a horrible experience for a XXXX loyal Chase customer to be treated like trash. I started to question what else could have been wrong over the years but just not discovered. I certainly wont be booking anything through Chase Travel in the future and hate to say that I have lost confidence in Chase because of this.
