I was charged by XXXX on XXXX for a reservation that the vendor could not locate when we arrived, so we booked directly through the vendor but XXXX had already charged the insurance fee. I tried to cancel my booking but i could not find my reservation anywhere. so i disputed the charge with my bank, in which citibank gave me a conditional credit for. they determined that I lost the dispute, so upon reversing the conditional credit, citibank performed the reversal TWICE, thus resulting in XXXX the charge. I paid what I owed and left the rest and citibank refuses to fix it, passing me around from person to person for 5 months. I re-opened the dispute once the double charge was discovered, at which they cited that it was too late for a dispute to be considered even though it was their duplicate charge. charge still remains, with interest adding up.
