I'm writing because I noticed that my most recent credit report contains a late payment on my report. I want you to know that I understand and have great respect for my financial obligations. In accordance with FRCA this creditor has violated my rights under ( 15 USC 1681 Section 602 ) states the consumer impartial, exercise their responsibilities fairly, and respect the right to privacy of consumers. 15 USC 1681 604a Section 2 also states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish my account without my written consent. Under 1666 ( b ) a creditor may not treat a payment under a credit account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I need your company to please forgive the current accounts listed, due to the fact that I have made all other payments on time. Please also refer to FCRA 15 U.S.C 1637 ( b ) and 15 U.S.C 1681i. XXXX. Validate Account DEPT OF ED/AIDVANTAGE Account Number : XXXX I have an excellent repayment record. I've made my finances a priority and have organized all my accounts and payment due dates, both on my computer and on paper, along with notifications and reminders for one. Since then, I've had a spotless record of on-time payments. In the near future, I'm planning to apply for a loan, and it's come to my attention that the missed payments on my record could hurt my ability to qualify. In my heart, I truly believe that it doesn't reflect my creditworthiness and commitment to repaying my debt. As I understand it, you can do so in just a few minutes of your time. I would greatly appreciate it!
