I already submitted a report i forgot to add that after XXXX XXXX took {$530.00} off my card that I did not authorize they apologized and told me the money would be refunded i have the actual refund number as well for all XXXX unauthorized transactions but because it's been since XXXX they don't know how to release my money back here is the refund number for all XXXX first number is XXXX that's for {$180.00} the XXXX transaction number is XXXX in that one is for {$160.00} and the XXXX number is XXXX for {$180.00} that's all my money there just holding because now XXXX XXXX is saying it's been too long to release the money while XXXX XXXX keeps denying me when XXXX is trying to release my money the question is how since it's been since XXXX
