I am filing this complaint because USAA has repeatedly mishandled my debit card dispute ( Dispute ID XXXX ), closed the case multiple times with incorrect information, and refused to escalate my case to a supervisor despite my repeated requests. This dispute began in XXXX, when I was charged {$1800.00} for a cruise I could not take. I provided all required documentation, including : Proof that the cruise lines claimed refund of {$360.00} was never received Complete bank statements showing no such credit Proof that I purchased travel insurance, including receipts and policy documentation Despite this, USAA closed my dispute stating that I received a refund, which is factually incorrect. They also repeatedly claimed I did not purchase travel insurance, even though I submitted proof of that multiple times. I have spent months calling, emailing, and submitting documents, but each time the dispute is closed incorrectly using inaccurate information. The frontline dispute team has refused to escalate my case to a supervisor, and most recently I was told that there is nothing more they can do and that I would need to hire a lawyer if I wanted to continue. This response is inappropriate and does not follow required dispute resolution procedures. I am requesting : A full supervisory or executive review Correction of the inaccurate refund information Acknowledgment of my documented travel-insurance purchase Proper investigation based on the evidence I have already submitted A written response explaining why my dispute was repeatedly mishandled I simply want this dispute handled fairly and accurately.
