My XXXX XXXX XXXX child, who is an unauthorized user under my account had access to my funds. While processing a transaction through XXXX XXXX, with the lapse of an XXXX XXXX password she pulled {$600.00} from my USAA account. Firstly I disputed through XXXX, twice and was denied. Second I disputed through XXXX to which my USAA card was attached. Third I disputed with my bank. My bank allowed almost all {$600.00} to be pulled before sending me a fraud alert on the last transaction! I immediately submitted disputes. Their customer care entered the dispute as fraud, to which it was not. It was an unauthorized user who had access to an account due to the lapse of security with XXXX XXXX. I was immediately denied through my claim for a refund. I then had to resubmit a claim through USAA as non fraud, to which they also denied.
