This is a notice of Dispute pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, section 623, subsection ( 8 ) ( D ) .By law these companies are required to notify me prior to, or no later than 30 days after furnishing negative information to the consumer reporting agencies, in writing ... that such furnishing of information was going to take place. This notification is required under the FCRA, section 623 subsection ( 7 ) ( A ). The companies in this complaint have not complied with the FCRA law, I have no records of any notice. They are all indirect violation of my consumer rights and securities fraud for the monetizing all the accounts listed. CBNA ( Acct # XXXX ) Violation : The reported data is inaccurate and unverifiable. The payment history shows " NO '' data for a period, yet the account is reported as charged-off. This internal inconsistency proves the data lacks integrity and can not be verified. The Supreme Court in XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX clarified that willful disregard for accuracy includes reckless violations of the FCRA. Reporting conflicting data is reckless. Assignment of all debt obligation to the Office of Secretary of the Treasury ( 31 USC 3123 ). 18 USC 8, False Clams Act ( FCA ) 31 USC 3729 ; 15 USC 1601 ; 15 USC 1692.
