in XXXX I openend a business account with chase in order to apply for the paycheck program loan.I applied for the loan through chase and the loan was approved, later one I submitted a forgiveness request and it was granted, I went on vacation in XX/XX/XXXX and I lost my phone and this particular account and other account that I had outside of chase were hit with a fraudulent transactions in total of {$2500.00}, I had other device and another phone and I was able to contact the bank and to lock my account and credit cards.the transactions were reverse later.when I returned to the United States, i went to a chase branch in XXXX XXXX ca and I explained the situation and the account number were changed but they informed me that the disclosure and future of the account will remain the same.the original account comes out with {$100000.00} business line of credit .that I never use.when I login into online banking I can see it, i moved from XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and the account was hit again with a fraudulent transactions I called the bank and they reverse the transaction and I even tried to close the account but they informed me that the account can not be close because of the business line of credit of the account.i stop at the branch yesterday and inquired about the business line of credit of the account and I was informed that it has been closed, and without a notice from the bank.and I don't know why.i had a burden credit cards debt with them that aim trying to use the line of credit for.you can not close a line of credit of any account without a notice.i ; am seeking legal help in order to solve this.
