I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge on my Apple Card, issued by Goldman Sachs Bank, which has not been properly addressed despite multiple disputes. Before the charge went through, there was an earlier attempt by the merchant that was declined due to an incorrect security code. A separate charge of {$0.00} to a merchant called XXXX also appeared and was later refunded after I disputed it. I discovered that someone created an account on the XXXX website using my name and email, but not my credit card number. The XXXX account displays the ticket purchase made with a card whose last four digits do not match my Apple Card, with a different billing address and different security code from mine. My physical Apple Card and my phone were in my possession at the time of the transaction, and the real card number associated with my Apple Card does not match what XXXX shows. I contacted XXXX, and they advised me to request a chargeback. However, Goldman Sachs denied my dispute twice, stating that the purchase was made by me.
