An unknown phone number appears in my profile, and I do not know how long it is exist. Today, when I wan na to login my bank account in a new device, it shows up an unknown phone number can receive the code, I was scared, because I just experienced the scam with the same bank account. I am not allowed to update the phone number in APP or website, so I do not think it is my mis-input. I called the customer service, she said the only she can do is delete that unknown phone number without any explanation. I just filed a complaint yesterday that my Chase account has been scammed, I did not found this unknown phone number yesterday. But for now, I now strongly feel that the two are connected.
