The check was deposited into my sisters Chase Bank account with my authorization. Chase closed the account shortly after, claiming fraud activity. Since then, Chase has refused to provide : The status of MY federal refund funds, Whether the money is being held, released, or returned to the IRS, and Any method to recover my government refund. Chase will no longer speak to me or my sister. I am not asking for her account details ; I am asking about my Treasury check, which I have a legal right to information about.
