Chase business representatives are very unprofessional and make decisions based on their own personal experience and not by policys or standards ; in my case i have a check from XXXX XXXX, for a XXXX XXXX that got a accident and they consider total loss ; so the check have been paid by the paying bank with is XXXX XXXX XXXX ; but a supervisor in the hold department told me that, even though they know the check have been paid ; they will wait another 12 days to realesa the funds ; thats totally wrong!!!! Now they not even let me close my account or their account since I cant make any decisions on my money!!!!!
