My wife and I are going through a divorce, and my wife drained our bank accounts. I then opened a new account in only my name in order to protect my finances from her. My wife then called Chase bank on XX/XX/year> and gained access to my new account. My wife provided my SSN and DOB to Chase, and Chase gave her access to my account, despite it clearly not being me calling in ( female voice vs male voice ). Chase gave her my balance and recent transaction information, and may have given other information to her as well. My wife is not listed on the account, is not a joint owner, and does not have permission to access the account. Chase should not have given her unauthorized access to the account. I only found out about this because on XX/XX/year> she attempted to access my accounts at XXXX XXXX as well, but they denied her access and emailed me to notify me of the failed account access attempt.
