This letter is a formal complaint regarding Chase Banks handling of fraud committed on my account. Fraudulent activity occurred on my account, and despite this, Chase did not take the necessary steps to protect me as a customer. Instead, I was informed that I now owe Chase moneyeven though the charges were the result of fraud. This is unacceptable. I am already facing financial hardship, and I am a person with a XXXX.
