b"I am filing a complaint againt Citibank for failing to properly handle and reimburse a series of unauthorized XXXX transactions that completely drained my bank account. \nOn XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX my account was compromised and seven (7) unauthorized XXXX transfers were sent to an account I do not know and have never interacted with.\n\nThe unauthorized transactions are as followedXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXThese transfers emptied my entire account.\n\nI Immediately informed Citibank that my account had been compromised and that these transactions were not authorized by me. nor did i give anyone permission to access my online banking oe XXXX. I requested that citibank investigate and refund the fraudulent charges as required by Regulation E for unauthorized electronic fund transfers.\n\nDespite this, Citibank has wrongfully denied my claim. They have not provided any proof that i authorized these transactions, nor have shown any evidence that I initiated, approved, or benefited from them. Their refusal to refund these unauthorized charges is a violation of federal consumer protection laws.\n\nMy account was drained without my knowledge or consent, and Citibankhas failed to protect my funds, failed to conduct a reasonable investigation, and failed to provide the required documentation supporting their denial.\n\nI am requesting the CFPB'S assistance in requiring citibank to: Reopen and properly investigate my fraud claim. Provide all evidence usd to deny my claim. Refund all unauthorized XXXX transactions listed above. And correct any negative impact this incident has had on my financial stability. This situation has caused me significant financial hardship, and I am seeking a full resolution immediately"
