I am a XXXX XXXX currently employed full-time with the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, and previously served at multiple qualifying employers, including the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I submitted all required PSLF forms and documentation, including approved employment certifications. MOHELA has failed to provide accurate or complete PSLF qualifying payment counts. The Qualifying Payment Update I received contains major discrepancies and omits entire periods of eligible public service despite verified employment and timely documentation. I have repeatedly requested a month-by-month breakdown and correction but received no substantive response. Under 34 C.F.R. 685.219 and 5 U.S.C. 706 ( 1 ), the Department of Education and its servicer have a duty to process and credit qualifying payments accurately and without unreasonable delay. The current record is incomplete, inconsistent with the Departments XXXX PSLF regulations ( 89 Fed. Reg. 61527 ), and appears to unlawfully exclude pre-consolidation credits that should have been retained after my consolidation on XX/XX/XXXX. I have already contacted MOHELA, XXXX XXXX XXXX and the FSA Ombudsman. I am requesting federal investigation and written correction of my PSLF qualifying payment count, along with confirmation that all eligible service periods are credited per current PSLF rules.
