I purchased garage door with my Citi credit card for {$3000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Citi offered XXXX XXXX so I applied for it. On XX/XX/XXXX, the {$3000.00} was posted on my account again and ( {$3000.00} ) credit was posted on the same day. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX balance, including the {$3000.00}, was fully drafted from my banking account. On XX/XX/XXXX, Citi started charge me monthly fee. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked Citi customer representative to cancel XX/XX/XXXX and following monthly fees since the XXXX XXXX amount was fully paid on time and I got nothing from it. Citi rejected my request. They said because I enrolled it so I have to pay the cost. I don't think they are right. They didn't give me the credit I applied for but charge me fees for the credit. I request Citi refund me the fees posted and cancel future charges. Thanks.
