On the night of XX/XX/year> I discovered my XXXX XXXX XXXX card issued by GiftCardMall / Blackhawk Network ( card ending XXXX ) was frozen and unusable. Balance : {$58.00}. The support number printed on the card ( XXXX ) is non-functional every call forces a balance check and disconnects immediately when requesting a representative. That same night ( XX/XX/year> ) I filed XXXX complaint XXXX. After the XXXX case was opened, I located an unlisted number on giftcards.com ( XXXX ) and finally reached Blackhawk support. After extended holds and multiple transfers, a replacement digital XXXX was issued and emailed to me. The replacement digital XXXX can not be activated the registration website repeatedly errors and will not allow PIN setup or activation. It is completely unusable. On XX/XX/year> Blackhawk arbitrarily closed my open internal support case and forced me to reopen it. On XX/XX/year> I received only an offer of a 710 day physical replacement card unacceptable. This is a deliberate pattern of deceptive practices designed to deny access to my {$58.00} balance.
