Subject / Title : Dispute {$230.00} transaction XXXX order XXXX Not Received, Wrong Delivery by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX : XXXX Merchant : XXXX Credit Card Issuer : Bank of America Complaint Details What happened : I placed an online order with XXXX for cosmetics totaling US {$230.00} the order number is but I never received the package. The delivery confirmation from the courier shows a photo, but the location in the picture is not my home .I have inspected around my property ; the package is nowhere to be found. Here are the key facts : I never received the items. The couriers proof-of-delivery photo is incorrect it does not show my house or any feature of my address.
