I borrowed $ XXXX in XXXX for my XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. The loan was issued by XXXX XXXX who steering me into forbearance many times, failed to apply my check payments, took months to process IBR/IDR despite their own counselors helping me to fill them out, and the loan nearly doubled affecting my credit and ability to buy a home, a car, anything for years. The loan was transferred to XXXX and the same issues occurred, even worse as my load sky rocketed and they kept telling me to put it on forbearance as they withheld my IBR applications. I sent numerous letters demanding that they stop obstructing my credit and to undo the falsely inflated balance. They refused and only added more late fees, interest, penalties. I had to rent from XXXX to XXXX until the loan was forgiven as it was 20 years of abuse. I updated my address on StudentAid.GOV and was told I had to do nothing more on my end. I wrote to the class action claims XXXX many times ( XXXX XXXX ) several times but never heard back from them. I called them again today and they said to go to NavientAGsettlement.com but that is just an information page. My old address was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I moved to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, then to XXXX in Fall XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I relied on the claims administrator and StudentAid.GOV to reach out to me about my settlement as I was DEFINITELY abused by XXXX for most of my adult life and the forbearances on StudentAid.GOV speak for themselves!!! I don't want to be excluded or time barred given the injustice of all of this and the assurances that we had to do nothing on our end - even though I repeatedly did but to this day have seen nor heard anything and I paid tens of thousands to NAVIENT including amounts not owed!!! Please help me obtain restitution. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX now and have waited for this since XXXX took over from XXXX XXXX. The amount I have paid was far in excess of the $ XXXX I had borrowed as my account with Navient will show. XXXX took over my loan and during the final month it was moved over to Mohela by them but I never paid Mohela anything as my load was finally forgiven after tens of thousands paid to XXXX which was not only corrupt but illegal. I am just now aware of the errors in my being on XXXX XXXX list but I definitely wrote to them timely and their negligence has caused me to potentially miss my claim as post cards likely went to old addresses or were never sent!
