The Citibank LL Bean MasterCard provides Bean Bucks for purchases which become available when you pay off the purchases. I made {$28000.00} in purchases but after paying the card down to {$0.00} I received no Bean Bucks. I theorized that it is because my account briefly fell out of good standing when I had difficulty with my bank and XXXX payments failed and the card went over its limit about twice. Both times I called representatives said that it was not the case. When I contacted customer service in XXXX they denied that my Bean Bucks were revoked and told me I had not earned them. I told the representative that I had just paid off {$28000.00} and that all purchases earn XXXX % at a minimum. The representative told me that they might appear next month and to wait. XXXX months have gone by and I contacted them today. The representative told me that I had not earned any and that is why they are not there. Again, I informed her that I made {$28000.00} in purchases that had not received Bean Bucks and confirmed that all purchases earn a minimum of XXXX %. She said that is correct. I asked if {$15.00} is XXXX % of {$28000.00} and she asked to place me on hold to see what happened to my Bean Bucks. After XXXX minutes I was disconnected. Today the Bean Buck balance is {$15.00} but should be about {$280.00}. Representatives have not made any statements regarding their revocation and their position is that they were never earned.
