I been getting my daughter and my XXXX payments on XXXX Card that's partnered with Netspend just recently XX/XX/year> my account was just closed with all my money still on card which was XXXX even though they let me get my money through money gram I was told that I am blacklisted and I can no longer be eligible for any Netspend or XXXX card I was blacklisted and Agent told me because someone called trying to gain access to my account they was able because they didn't know the security code so question I had was then why blacklist me and treat me as if I did something wrong when I'm really the victim the Agent refused to release anymore information or mail me a copy of why my account was closed in writen copy which they refused now my government benefits will be sent to this closed account unless I make changes right away. XXXX did not follow the right protocol when fraud on customer account they should have notified me first to see what I wanted to do and refused to let me speak with risk management to see why I was punished for fraud on my account
